Our menu has many Gluten Free and Vegetarian options available. A lot of items do have options to modify for majority of dietary requirements. We take all requests seriously and endeavor to accommodate. Common allergies are present in our kitchen and can not be 100% guaranteed.   

Yes, Firehouse Restaurant has a kids menu which includes popular items like spaghetti, beef burger and nuggets with chips.

Yes, Firehouse Restaurant can book tables up to 20 people. This can only be done over the phone and may need confirmation from a Duty Manager.

We can split bills up to 4 times in equal (or slightly rounded) amounts. Split billing by item is only permitted on food items only for large groups We require groups of 10 or more (at Duty Managers discretion) to utilise bar service. 

We have table service for all tables within the restaurant area. Outside and Hotel Lobby lounge areas operate on a bar service only. Any booking placed online with be placed in the restaurant unless requested otherwise. Some busy night, we may not be able to accommodate a certain requested table or area. 

Our Restaurant is a part of the Country Comfort Hotel and shares parking with some of the hotel guests (the hotel does have gated, separate parking for their guests). Overflow parking is around the side of the entrance, and free street parking can be utilised on busy nights.

The restaurant and courtyard are all ground level, and no stairs are in either of these areas. We have ACROD parking available at the entrance and Disability facilities available in both the restaurant and hotel lobby. 

As per the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) and the Dog Act 1976, assistance dogs are allowed in all our service areas. Any pet dogs not trained to assist are restricted to our outside courtyard area. All dogs must be leashed and keep under control by an adult or caregiver. Any dogs behaving an anti-social and threatening manner will be asked to be removed from the venue.

We do have Credit Card surcharge to all transactions. Visa and Mastercard are 1.9% and AMEX, Diners and JCB are 3%. Public Holidays do also attract a 10% surcharge.
